Yes! We have beginner classes specifically for folks who have never pole danced before! No experience is needed and you don't need to be “in shape”. At BodybyEgypt we mean it when we say we will meet you where you are and get you to where you want to be.

For our beginners it’s really about you being comfortable. Feel free to wear athletic, nonrestrictive clothes like leggings or yoga pants, but also bring shorts with you just in case. Layering tops(sports bras, tshirts and crops, sweaters) can be a good idea. You can peel off layers as movement will get your muscles and body warmed up, and it can get quite warm in the room.

  • Skip the Lotion: Before the session, please avoid applying any lotion to your skin. Embrace your "ashy" side for the day 😄, as lotion can make your skin slippery and make pole dancing more challenging than it needs to be.
  • Jewelry-Free Zone: For your safety and to protect the pole finish, please avoid wearing rings or bracelets during the session. If you have valuable items, it's best to leave them at home.

All classes are structured with a 15 min warm up, the class curriculum, and a 10 min cool down period.
